Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We process personal data on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation, the Austrian Data Protection Act and — where applicable — the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
1. Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
2. Data storage
The following data is stored for contract processing: name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as information about the real estate property. The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for carrying out pre-contractual measures.
3. Cookies
Our website uses technically required cookies (session, security, language preference). These are necessary for operation and are set without your consent. Analytics or tracking cookies are not used at this time.
4. Your Rights
You basically have the following rights: information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority.

6. Rental applications
When you submit a rental application via our website, we process the details you enter to review your application, to contact you and to carry out pre-contractual measures.
We process in particular your name, contact details, preferred property, household size, preferred start date and duration, as well as information on employment, studies, financing, pets and whether you have already viewed the apartment. For abuse and security control, a non-reversible hash of the sender IP address and limited technical browser information may additionally be stored.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to the extent processing is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures on your request. Security-related technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the application functionality pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your application is handled exclusively by the persons responsible for the rental process. Data is only shared with third parties where necessary to complete the process or required by law.
Applications that are not considered, withdrawn or not further pursued are deleted after the defined retention period expires, unless statutory obligations or the establishment or defence of legal claims require further storage.
No ID copies, proof of income or guarantee documents are uploaded via the public application form. Such documents may be requested separately in a later, protected step.
